Paleo Granola


Base Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond flour/meal
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  •  1 cup coconut
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup almonds


  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.
  2. Combine base ingredients in a large bowl; blend well
  3. Spread mixture onto a prepared baking sheet. (grease pan with coconut oil)
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes, tossing after 10 minutes or so.
  5. Remove from oven and allow to cool before serving.


When you serve add fresh berries and almond milk!
