- 1 cup almond flour/meal
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup almonds
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees F.
- Combine base ingredients in a large bowl; blend well
- Spread mixture onto a prepared baking sheet. (grease pan with coconut oil)
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, tossing after 10 minutes or so.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool before serving.
When you serve add fresh berries and almond milk!
